Cancellation policy

Contact Kauai KISS promptly if your arrival, accommodation, delivery date, or grocery needs change.

Cancellation deadline

Submit cancellation requests no later than 3 p.m. Hawaii time at least two days before the scheduled delivery.

Order changes

Request grocery-list, accommodation, and delivery-detail changes at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery whenever possible.

Late cancellations and completed work

Groceries already purchased, completed shopping, rush scheduling, and other work already performed may remain chargeable when a request is received after the deadline.
